Allison Borkowski, RN-BSN, is an experienced and compassionate nurse with a diverse background in women’s health, neurosurgery, geriatrics, and chronic care management. Graduated from Duquesne University School of Nursing 2004, she has 20+years of experience in advocating for patients and their caregivers. She is known for her holistic, patient-centered approach and her ability to guide families through complex health challenges with clarity and empathy. Driven by a passion for cognitive health, Allison founded IntellaLux Health to provide elevated, individualized support for individuals facing dementia and memory-related conditions. She is committed to making high-quality cognitive care more accessible and empowering for the patients and caregivers navigating these challenges.

Beginning her nursing career in 2012, she advanced through roles as a CNA, LPN, RN, and BSN-RN before earning her MSN-FNP from Carlow University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2024. Rebecca specializes in primary care for adults with a certification in Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and cognitive disorders. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and prioritizes support for both patients and their caregivers.
